Kristen Gonzales (now that we've met, please call me Kristi) is the owner of E.E.C. and has several years of experience providing coaching to educators as well as coordinating and consulting with regards to educational programs.  E.E.C. was established for educators and administrators of educators who are wanting to "raise the bar" on their expectations for the educational profession and have realized the urgency in the instructional challenges we face in this day of accountability. I have designed my products and services based on in the field experience always determining what best meets the needs of educators from the educators themselves. My services provide you with the opportunity for individualized coaching, consulting and planning for literacy instruction, customized workshops and training, program evaluation, program restructuring, and learner evaluation. I can also work with you to customize and combine any of my services to best meet your needs.
